Valerie Adams is pushing the heavy metal ball.  Her am is up in the air.  The words were
gifted by the teacher.

The Athlete throws the heavy metal ball.

Angela wrote an amazing story about an athlete and how he throws the shotput.
The athlete put the heavy metal ball by his ear and pushed it onto the field.  He has white powder on his
hand and he is strong.  He stretches his arm and looks up in the air.
